Summer Bishil

Summer Bishil (born June 15, 1985) is an American actress, best recognized for her role as Margo in 'The Magicians, which is a Syfy fantasy-drama series that aired until the year 2015. Her previous role as an Lebanese American teenager Jasira Maoun (13 years old), who experiences an unsettling life within the context of the U.S. invasion of Iraq during the Gulf War, in Alan Ball's film "Towelhead" that earned her fame. Her character was then selected as one of the '10 Actors to Watch' back in 2007. In 2009, she was Taslima as a strong female lead in the crime thriller film Crossing Over, which earned her nominations for an Independent Spirit Award under the category of "Best Female Leading". The actress has also appeared in films such as 'Mooz-lum", 'The last Airbender"', 'Pop star' and 'Under the Silver Lake as well as several guest roles on television along with her lead in 'Lucky7' as a co-star..
