Angela Sargsyan grew up in Yerevan, Armenia. Her birthplace was there on the 16th of December 1982. Angela, who was born in 1982, loved to play sports since when she was a child. In the third year of her childhood, she took the plunge into figure skating and swimming. She continued to figure skate until thirteen. After figure skating Angela started karate and became a quick study. The silver medal she won was hers at the age of 14 in the 1996 Armenian Youth Full Contact Karate Championships that took place in Yerevan Armenia. Angela remains a keen sports lover and lives a healthy life that includes every day physical fitness and a balanced diet. She loves paraglider skiing, swimming and is a skilled swimmer.
